There will be 4 phases of development for the Tyram Eco-Hotel, Spa & Resort facility:

Phase 1 – 50 Eco Lodges;

Phase 2 – 104-Bedroom Hotel, Spa and Leisure Centre;

Phase 3 – 75 additional Eco Lodges alongside the surrounding lakes;

Phase 4 – 75 Woodland Retreat Lodges located in natural woodlands.

Through the development of each phase, Project Management teams will be well-equipped to analyse and assess the progress stage-by-stage to ensure that the entirety of the project remains fully aligned and in-keeping with the target vision whilst maintaining harmony with the natural surroundings.

The site comprises approximately a 65-acre site which hosts one large lake plus 3 smaller lakes currently used for fishing. To the south of the site, is situated Hatfield Moor which is the largest lowland peat bog nature reserve in the UK offering more than 20 miles of walking and trekking landscapes. The land lying south west of the The Tyram Lakes Hotel, Spa & Resort is approximately 100 acres of natural woodland.

The Resort is ideally located and benefits from the advent of the newly approved £58 million road link, with current access to the Resort being facilitated for via the A614, which lies 3.6 miles south of the M180 (which itself interconnects to the M18 at Doncaster), together with the M62 North and M1 South.

With Robin Hood Airport approximately 5 miles away, Flybe, Europe’s leading regional airline, has recently expanded its services by offering an additional 44 regional destination flights to Europe, thereby widening the airport footfall from 900,000 to an anticipated 1,350,000 in 2016/2017.
